Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking SAP PM professionals to deliver end-to-end PM modules in client engagements, including Brownfield/Greenfield S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and extensions. You will lead design discussions, gap analyses, and coordinate offshore-to-onsite collaboration with strong communication skills.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP PM and SAP consulting, with experience in presales, manufacturing domains, and integration with other modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM product expertise.
• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 S/4HANA Projects in solution providing roles including Brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA PM module solutions experience.
• ERP assessments and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Analysis of simplification items and implementing fixes.
• Implementation of S/4HANA best practices.
• Presales for S/4HANA projects is highly desirable.
• Manufacturing domain experience desirable.
• Hands-on SAP PM customization with integration to other modules.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• ABAP development skills a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and ASAP methodology.
• Good knowledge of Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.
• Leadership and communication skills, with ability to explain solutions.
• Proven project leadership.

Responsibilities

• SAP PM Lead will be customer one-point contact from Yash for PM Module.
• Taking End to End Responsibility for smooth Delivery with fixed time / effort model and able to operate effectively within those constraints.
• Ability to work in global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to understand and translate client requirements with Offshore team.
• Strong presentation skills and people management skills.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENT

• 7+ years PM product expertise
• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Consulting experience. Certification is desirable.
• Minimum 3 S/4HANA Projects in Solution providing roles including One Brownfield and One Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project
• Experienced in providing end to end solutions in SAP S/4HANA PM Module
• Prior experience in handling ERP Assessments and S/4HANA Transformation projects
• Experienced in Analysis of Simplification items and implementing relevant fixes
• Experienced in implementing S/4HANA Best practices
• Prior experience of presales, including but not limited to scope identification and effort estimates for S/4HANA Projects is highly desirable
• Domain experience of working in a manufacturing industry is desirable
• Hands- On experience in customizing SAP PM with integration knowledge with other modules
• Knowledge on new SAP interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC’s,
• ABAP development skills a plus
• Knowledge of SAP activate and ASAP methodology.
• Good knowledge on Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to explain solutions to the customer, internal stake holders and 3rd Party partners.
• Proven Project leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
