Job summary

YASH Technologies in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP SD/OTC Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to provide end-to-end support for Order-to-Cash processes and production issues. The role involves liaising with business users, process teams, and tech groups to ensure effective incident management and continuous improvements.

The candidate will work in a hybrid model (3 days in office) with emphasis on delivering RUN support, testing, and knowledge-sharing assets across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years SAP SD/OTC experience, with at least one S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong functional/configuration expertise in SAP SD: POD, Schedule Line, Delivery.
• Experience with Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Pre-Sales and Sales Order Processing.
• Experience with ATP and Backorder Management; goods movements.
• IDoc/EDI troubleshooting; SAP SD integration with MM, FICO, PP, EWM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, production support, incident management, business stakeholder engagement, and end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes. The candidate will serve as a key functional resource, working closely with business users, process teams, and technical teams to deliver support and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide RUN support, analyze and resolve production issues, and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Engage directly with business users to gather requirements, perform solutioning, and drive issue resolution.
• Manage incidents, problem, and service request lifecycles.
• Participate in functional testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, process owners, and cross‑functional teams as a single point of contact.
• Support shift operations and ensure effective communication across global teams.
• Contribute to knowledge management, reusable assets, templates, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP SD, including:
• Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Schedule Line Processing
• Delivery Processing
• Experience with:
• Enterprise Structure configuration and assignments
• Customer and Material Master Data
• Pre‑Sales and Sales Order Processing
• ATP (Available‑to‑Promise) and Backorder Management
• Strong understanding of:
• Delivery creation, picking, packing, shipping, and goods issue
• Route determination and transportation planning
• 3PL integrations and logistics processes

Integration & Technical Knowledge

• Hands‑on experience with EDI/IDoc processing and troubleshooting, including:
• 850 (Purchase Order)
• 855 (PO Acknowledgement)
• 856 (ASN)
• 860 (PO Change)
• 940, 943, 944, 945 (Warehouse Transactions)
• Experience handling IDoc failures and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with:
• MM
• FICO
• PP
• EWM

• Ability to work independently and lead discussions with business teams.
• Participate in POCs and contribute reusable solutions for future engagements.
