Orange Business recrute un Architecte Cloud Senior pour concevoir et déployer des architectures cloud robustes et des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients, en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales.

Vous piloterez le cycle de vie produit de la conception à la mise à jour, tout en assurant le support de niveau 3 et le transfert de connaissances. Poste hybrid à Gurgaon avec opportunités internationales au sein d'une grande organisation.

Qualifications

• Expérience en architecture cloud et conception de solutions.
• Capacité à collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour le pré-vente.
• Connaissance des cycles de vie produit et gestion des releases.

Responsibilities

• Développer et maintenir les plans d'architecture et les spécifications techniques des systèmes cloud.
• Mener la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions cloud.
• Gérer le cycle de vie des produits du concept à la fin de vie.
• Assurer le support de niveau 3 et résoudre les problèmes complexes.
• Documenter et partager les connaissances techniques.

About the role

• Technical Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical specifications for cloud system
• Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the creation and deployment of cloud solutions tailored to organizational needs
• Product Life-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptual design through to end-of-life considerations
• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process
• Roadmap & Release Management: Establish and manage the release schedule and product roadmap
• Level 3 Support: Provide escalated support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud systems
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
• Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships between stakeholders, product teams, and clients.
• Change Management
• Attends CABs if there is a complex non-standard change impacting an application, a set of applications, a shared platform, or an infrastructure service is involved in Post Implementation Reviews.
• Carries responsibility to ensure that Complex/Non-Standard Changes are completed within Specified Expected Timelines
• Roll out Major/Minor Releases for the application
• Organize Roll Out Plan for Installation on Weekends/as per the Change Approval.

• Application Management
• Need to have complete and in-depth knowledge of application architecture and associated Platforms
• Setup potential industrialization under application perimeter
• Improvise functionality, efficiency and availability of applications in scope
• Ensure reliability of Production Plans and knowledge of impacting interfaces
• Maintain timely communication with customer support teams.
• Ability to handle escalations and outages for applications and keep accountability to achieve resolution at the earliest

About you

• Customer Technical Documents
• Update ICOG’s and SOP portal with the latest documents.
• Properly updating Knowledge Base Articles and Procedure Documents.
• Ensure accuracy and availability of Application ID Cards in the repository.
• Maintain inventory and asset compilation where applicable.
