Job summary

Orange Business recrute pour son entité cloud un Administrateur / Senior Administrator réseaux. Vous serez responsable de la livraison des services réseau et du déploiement des équipements dans des data centers mondiaux.

Vous assurez le support L2/L3 24x7, formez les équipes L1 et collaborez avec des équipes internationales, tout en veillant à la documentation et à l'amélioration des processus ITIL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 ans d'expérience client dans les télécoms ou IT.
• Expérience pratique sur équipements Cisco/Juniper et sécurité (Checkpoint, Fortinet).
• Bonne connaissance des concepts de commutation et de routage et expérience réseau globale.

Responsibilities

• Fournir et déployer des services réseau pour des clients internes/externes.
• Gérer l'infrastructure data center et assurer le support L2/L3 24x7.
• Former les équipes L1 et réaliser l'analyse d'incidents et le dépannage.
• Mettre à jour les articles de connaissance et suivre les processus ITIL.

About the role

• Administrator / Senior Administrator- Networks is a position in Orange cloud business operation entity. He is accountable for delivery of network services to our internal and external customers.
• He is responsible to manage and deploy network equipment for different data center and Customers across the globe.
• Provide L2/L3 Support on network Infrastructure services to customers in 24 X 7 support model.
  He is responsible to provide training/support to L1 representatives (Monitoring and Support Team).

About you

Knowledge and Abilities

• Strong expertise in Switching concepts: STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN tagging, LACP, vPC/vDC, MC-LAG.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.
• In-depth understanding of Gateway redundancy protocols: VRRP, HSRP, GLBP.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Cisco: Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Catalyst 68xx/65xx/45xx/3650/2960x, ASR1k, ISR 29xx/43xx.
• Juniper: EX2300, EX43xx/45xx, QFX5100, MX480.
• Independently perform detailed incident analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring timely closure.
• Execute recommended changes on LAN/WAN infrastructure with precision.
• Monitor network usage and performance using network management tools.
• Skilled in capacity reporting and proactive infrastructure management.
• Document and maintain knowledge articles for critical incidents and changes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio for technical diagrams.
• Operational knowledge of Firewalls: Checkpoint, Fortinet.
• Fair understanding of Datacenter stack: Servers (blade/rack), VMware DC virtualization, storage, and backup.
• Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in global, multicultural, and virtual team environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Team player with mentoring capability.

Experience

• Administrator: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT industry.
• Senior Administrator: Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, with hands-on experience in security devices such as Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Juniper.
• Solid foundation of practiced technical knowledge and operational expertise.

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or MCA.
• Cisco/Juniper certifications: CCNA / JNCIA and CCNP / JNCIP (Routing & Switching).
• VMware Datacenter and Network Function Virtualization (NSX) – desirable.
