Orange Business recherche un ingénieur réseau pour assurer le support de niveau avancé sur les centres de supervision backbone et résoudre des incidents complexes. Vous interviendrez sur des services IP/MPLS et contribuerez à la performance du réseau et à la satisfaction client.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fournir un support réseau de niveau avancé pour les centres de supervision backbone et résoudre des problèmes complexes.
• Fournir une assistance technique réactive sur les incidents signalés par les centres de service client et contribuer à la satisfaction client.

About the role

mission / role purpose

• To provide next level technical support to backbone supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex proactive backbone network problems and contributing network performance business objectives
• To provide next level technical assistance on the reactive incidents raised by global customer service centers and contribute to targeted customer satisfaction.

About you

knowledge and abilities

• Excellent knowledge of communication standards and OSI/commercial protocols as follows:
  Network Technologies – IP-MPLS, ISP (Open Transit) Netowrk, IMN Services , IS-IS, OSPF, BGP4, M-BGP, U-NNI, Type A/B/C NNI,
  Basic understanding of SDWAN, SDN network and Segment Routing
• Professioanl level knowledge and hands on troubleshooting experience on more than one of the following technologies:
  
  • CISCO ASR/IOS Routers /,
  • Cisco Catalyst Switches
  • Juniper Routers
  • NSO and similar nerowrk orchestration tools
• Network & Service Provisioning of mpls VPN, IPsec, GRE and other IP services over internet/mpls.
• Excellent Analytical and trouble-shooting skills
• Good understanding of Telecom Service providers Networks and Services

education, qualifications, and certifications
University degree or equivalent experience (Computer or Telecommunications or Networking)
