Job summary

SmartVistas Goa is seeking a Guest Concierge to manage value-added services for guests, from reservation confirmation to checkout. You will introduce curated experiences, upsell relevant offerings, and ensure flawless delivery with our partner network.

Collaborating with reservations, operations, and vendors, you will ensure every guest touchpoint is personal, timely, and on-brand, delivering a high-touch hospitality experience in Goa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related hospitality discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, concierge, or similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Introduce guests to curated service catalogs and upsell experiences.
• Coordinate with vendor network to schedule and deliver services.
• Send payment links and initiate fulfillment after payment.
• Maintain weekly reports of bookings and guest interactions.

SmartVistas is a luxury villa hospitality brand hosting discerning guests across premium properties in Goa. We're building an elevated, end-to-end guest experience — and this role sits at the heart of it.

Position Overview:

The Guest Concierge owns the value-added services (VAS) experience for every SmartVistas guest, from reservation confirmation through checkout. The role blends hospitality, sales, and vendor coordination; introducing guests to curated experiences (spa, private chefs, yacht rentals, events, and more), converting interest into bookings, and ensuring flawless delivery with our partner network.

Working closely with the reservations, operations, and vendor teams, the incumbent ensures every guest touchpoint feels personal, timely, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce yourself to guests upon reservation confirmation and share curated service catalogs
• Proactively follow up to understand guest preferences and upsell relevant experiences
• Keep guests informed of local events near their stay dates and pitch relevant reservations
• Send payment links for confirmed services and initiate fulfillment only once payment is received
• Coordinate with our vetted vendor network to confirm, schedule, and deliver services on time
• Send timely reminders to vendors ahead of scheduled services
• Flag any service issues, especially outside standard hours, to the on-duty manager

Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain accurate weekly reports of bookings and guest interactions in the standard format
• Trigger post-checkout guest feedback outreach
• Participate in the weekly team cadence meeting to share concierge performance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related hospitality discipline (mandatory)
• 1–4 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, concierge services, or a similar guest-facing/sales role
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable managing multiple guest and vendor conversations simultaneously, primarily over WhatsApp and phone
• Strong rapport-building and sales instinct, without being pushy
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel-based reporting
• Reliable, guest-first attitude with strong follow-through on time-sensitive requests
• Based in or willing to relocate to Goa
