Job summary

Zetwerk seeks an experienced civil/structural professional to lead execution of Railway Infrastructure projects in Kota. You will plan, supervise and monitor construction involving PSC girders, steel girders, RE walls, and RCC slabs, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs and safety standards.

You will coordinate with design, planning, safety, subcontractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery, monitor fabrication and installation, and drive progress reporting and risk mitigation across

Qualifications

• Experience in Railway, Bridge, or Infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on exposure to PSC Girders, Steel Girders, Steel Structures, RE walls, RCC/Structural Slabs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of civil and structural works for Railway Infrastructure projects.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor construction activities related to PSC girders, steel girders, steel structures, RE walls, and slabs.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, planning, quality, safety, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor fabrication, erection, launching, and installation of steel and PSC girders, wherever applicable.
• Supervise construction and installation of steel structures and associated civil works.
• Manage execution of Reinforced Earth (RE) walls, including foundation preparation, panel erection, backfilling, compaction, and quality control.
• Oversee construction of RCC slabs and other structural components.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower, machinery, and material requirements to achieve project milestones.
• Review drawings and identify execution challenges, coordinating with the engineering and design teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and railway project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, work progress, and productivity.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders during inspections and project reviews.
• Support planning and execution to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

812 years of relevant experience in Railway, Bridge, or Infrastructure projects, with strong hands-on exposure to:
