Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Lead COE to own integration responsibilities for vehicle systems. You will drive resolution of critical field issues, lead cross-functional teams across COEs and EL, and validate solutions across road, lab and laptop environments.

You will develop corrective action plans, ensure recurrence prevention through design and process improvements, and mentor teams on technical capability building in a fast-moving automotive landscape.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech and/or ME/MTech in relevant field.
• Senior level with 10-15 years industry experience in Auto/Auto Ancillary segments.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead the resolution of concerns across COEs and EL.
• Validation – responsibility (Road/Lab/Laptop).
• Validate effectiveness of solutions.
• Functional System expertise across Electrical & Electronics, Software & Infotainment, Power Train.
