Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an Engineering Lead for BEV to drive resolution of field issues and lead cross-functional teams across platform validation and containment actions.

The role requires 10–15 years in automobile PV quality or manufacturing quality settings, BE/BTech or ME/MTech, and strong analytical leadership with customer-centric focus.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in Automobile PV quality, manufacturing quality or engineering roles.
