Job summary

Franklin Templeton in Hyderabad seeks a PMO/Business Analyst to document and optimize financial system processes. You will act as SME for FTS platforms, review initiatives, and bridge business and tech gaps while guiding testing and issue resolution.

The role requires analytical skills, solid domain knowledge in investment management operations, and strong MS Office and documentation capabilities. A focus on mentoring junior analysts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, and FTS systems.
• Experience in Aladdin platform like Core Operations, Security Maintenance, Reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of investment management operations and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business processes and translate them into system requirements and configuration specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on FTS processes and systems.
• Review initiatives, assess impacts, and recommend improvements.
• Bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
• Lead testing for system enhancements and resolve issues promptly.
• Address escalated system queries and provide solutions.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices.

• Our Shared Services Support PMO team ensures smooth operations across FTS core systems and business processes. We collaborate to solve complex challenges, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic initiatives that drive company priorities.
