Job summary

Franklin Templeton in Chennai is seeking a seasoned PMO/Business Systems Analyst to join our Shared Services Support team. You will document business processes, translate them into system requirements, and act as SME for FTS processes and Aladdin-related operations.

You’ll collaborate across business and technology to drive enhancements and ensure quality delivery. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, strong knowledge of Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, FTS systems, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Dimension, IM Actions, Business Objects, and FTS systems.
• Experience in Aladdin platform like Core Operations, Security Maintenance, Reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of investment management operations and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business processes and translate them into system requirements and configuration specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on FTS processes and systems.
• Review initiatives, assess impacts, and recommend improvements.
• Bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
• Lead testing for system enhancements and resolve issues promptly.
• Address escalated system queries and provide solutions.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices.

About The Department

• Our Shared Services Support PMO team ensures smooth operations across FTS core systems and business processes. We collaborate to solve complex challenges, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic initiatives that drive company priorities.
