Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience overall, including 5+ years in Business Analysis or related fields.

• Practical knowledge of Salesforce and Agile software development methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent real-world experience
• 8+ years of IT experience overall, including 5+ years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical fields
• Solid experience in software development and overseeing end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple engineering teams
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce
• Advanced knowledge of Agile software development methods
• Proficiency as a Scrum Master facilitating and leading development sprints
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above for clear communication

Nice to have

• Background in Network Engineering
• Familiarity with OSS
• Understanding of Salesforce (core clouds)
