Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master leading development sprints.
• English level B2 or higher for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and collect stakeholder feedback to define, validate, and clarify requirements.
• Keep the program scope succinct and aligned across all workstreams.
• Develop and refresh documentation needed to manage the program and related projects.
• Partner with engineering, QA, product managers, and other teams to guide features through build, test, and timely release.
• Lead Scrum Master duties by managing schedules, identifying impediments, and communicating risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Drive release schedules and milestones while maintaining pace in a high-speed environment.
• Support delivery with hands-on software development and project management, ensuring strong cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communication.
