Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Proficient in business process modeling, documentation, and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and UAT/test planning.
• Professional certifications (CBAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling processes, and proposing data-driven solutions to improve operations and system efficiency. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and effective communication skills to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Serve as a primary liaison between business users, product owners, technical teams, and QA.
• Build strong relationships across departments to foster trust, transparency, and collaboration.
• Facilitate regular requirements, sprint grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proactively manage Product Owner expectations, communicate risks, and ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements and ensure follow-through.
• Elicit and define requirements that align with both functional specifications and business objectives.
• Draft Feature documentation and User Stories, and plan to obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.
• Define sprint scope and collaborate with the team to plan sprint goals and overall delivery timelines for the project.

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Gain end-to-end understanding of the application to derive requirements aligned with platform capabilities.
• Document current and future state business processes using flowcharts.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks; propose data-driven improvements.
• Monitor process improvements post-implementation to measure their effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Act as a liaison between Product Owner, technical teams, QA, and project management.
• Manage cross-functional team relationships, negotiate where necessary, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.
• Communicate findings, updates, and solutions through clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain transparency through regular feedback loops, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.

Implementation and Testing

• Collaborate with the Design and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Monitor daily progress against defined targets to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, test cases, and UAT plans.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support, including resolving issues, training users, and stabilizing solutions.
• Develop comprehensive user manuals and training materials to ensure smooth adoption.
• Lead or assist in changing management efforts to ensure user readiness and organizational alignment.

Functional Specification and Documentation

• Create detailed functional specifications outlining system functionality, data flows, user roles, and expected outcomes.
• Act as a point of reference throughout the development cycle, minimizing scope creep and miscommunication.
• Ensure specifications are technically sound, aligned with business expectations, and usable by developers and QA.

Training and Support

• Assess training needs and deliver end-user training sessions via workshops, demos, and manuals.
• Ensure users are equipped to utilize new systems effectively and confidently.
• Provide continuous support for post-implementation, addressing any issues, questions, or enhancement requests.
• Promote higher user adoption and productivity through effective onboarding and guidance.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor implemented solutions for performance, user feedback, and alignment with business goals.
• Encourage a culture of ongoing optimization, proposing enhancements based on system usage data and evolving needs.
• Facilitate review sessions through retrospectives to discuss gaps, gather feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
• Identify and highlight risks to deliverables in a timely manner and escalated them to the Product Owner for resolution and guidance.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications is an Advantage.
• Proficient in business process modeling (Visio, Lucidchart), documentation, and collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office).
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and UAT/test planning.
• Professional certifications (CBAP) is a plus.

Non-Technical Skills:
