Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead/Manager - Business Analysis to drive analytics, dashboards and governance reporting. You will manage data from procurement, supplier data and risk reporting, collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

You will develop interactive Power BI dashboards, validate data, and translate business needs into scalable analytics and solutions, with hands-on use of Coupa/SAP Ariba where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, data validation and Excel.
• Experience with procurement and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPI visuals.
• Analyze large datasets using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing and QA.
• Gather and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into dashboards, reports, models and solutions.
• Support risk, procurement, supplier and governance reporting.
• Create KPI and performance scorecards for suppliers and business units.
• Analyze procurement and vendor data to identify trends and risks.
• Utilize Coupa and/or SAP Ariba data for analytics and reporting where applicable.
• Use SharePoint for reporting, docs, collaboration and information management.
• Create process maps with Visio and document workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and processes.
• Contribute to process improvement and change-management initiatives.
