Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd in Bengaluru invites an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager Strategic Sourcing & Procurement reporting and analytics to support KPI reporting and spend analytics.

The role focuses on governance, data analysis, and providing actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will develop procurement dashboards, perform spend analysis on large datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation and AI-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement reporting/analytics.
• Strong Spend Analytics / Spend Analysis experience.
• Experience with Coupa Analytics and procurement reporting.
• Experience analyzing large procurement/spend datasets from ERP, P2P and procurement systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or Alteryx.
• Understanding of P2P processes.
• Experience in contract governance and supplier analytics.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in team leadership/performance management is preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools and reporting automation is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to translate procurement data into actionable business insights.
