Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Business/Data Analyst to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI visuals. You will work from office and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics and reporting solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, data validation, and procurement analytics, with hands-on Power BI and Advanced Excel skills, and exposure to Coupa/SAP Ariba data for procurement analytics.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPI visualizations.
• Analyze large and complex datasets using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
• Gather and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective dashboards, reports, analytical models, and business solutions.
• Support third-party risk, procurement, supplier/vendor management, and governance-related reporting.
• Develop KPI and performance scorecards to monitor business and supplier performance.
• Analyze procurement and vendor data to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilize Coupa and/or SAP Ariba data for procurement analytics and reporting, where applicable.
• Use SharePoint for reporting, documentation, collaboration, and information management.
• Use Visio to create process maps, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and repetitive business processes.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Participate in change-management activities related to new systems, processes, dashboards, and reporting solutions
