Job summary

Iris Software in India’s Gurugram area seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our expanding financial services practice. You will translate complex regulations into clear requirements and help drive testing and regulatory reporting initiatives.

With 8-10 years of BA experience, you will work on capital markets projects including OTC derivatives, crafting BRD/FRD artifacts and partnering with product and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of BA experience in financial services.
• Willingness to perform testing.
• Experience in Reg Reporting domain; Capital Markets with OTC Derivative acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for regulatory projects.
• Create BRD and FRD documentation to support delivery.
• Participate in testing activities and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy.
