IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design across complex regulatory and financial technology projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can bridge business needs with scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Planning

• Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders
• Understand and document business processes, challenges, and objectives
• Align technology solutions with business goals

Business Requirements & Documentation

• Translate business needs into user stories and system requirements
• Maintain continuous stakeholder communication
• Identify and resolve ambiguities early in the lifecycle

SDLC & Solution Design

• Apply strong understanding of SDLC for scalable solution delivery
• Ensure alignment with system architecture and long‑term product strategy

Artifacts Creation

• Develop use cases, process flows, data flow diagrams, and functional specs
• Ensure clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with development, QA, architecture, and product teams
• Identify risks and remove delivery blockers
• Ensure timely, high-quality project execution

Continuous Improvement

• Drive process enhancements and best practices
• Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Business Analysis & SDLC
• Experience in user stories, process flows, and requirement documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PMBOK methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Good understanding of technology, AI, and data-driven systems

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA from reputed institutes
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis (mandatory)

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in BFSI, Capital Markets, RegTech, FinTech, Tax, Pension, or Business Registry
• Exposure to Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, UI/UX
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, Agile, PMP, etc.)
