Job summary

Training Basket is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather and translate requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, and map processes. You will work with product and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions and measurable KPIs.

You will analyze data, build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, and support stakeholders through UAT, ensuring alignment with project goals and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
