Job summary

AnandRathi seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. The role collaborates with stakeholders, product and development teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring high-quality software solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, translate requirements into functional specs, support UAT, manage changes, and help mitigate risks across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification in Agile environments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide post-implementation support and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
