• Work closely with development, testing, and project management teams.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project reviews.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
• Identify process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
