Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years in IT overall, with a minimum of 8 years as a technical BA, mainly in banking.
• Bachelor's or Master's qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar field.
• Demonstrated history of collaborating with intricate engineering teams on large-scale banking or financial services initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of financial crime prevention, specifically practical experience with name screening.
• Familiarity with client lifecycle management processes, encompassing onboarding and offboarding.
• Track record of successfully delivering both new and existing system projects.
• Sharp analytical and troubleshooting abilities, able to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, resolving their concerns and explaining requirements in technical terms.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and GitLab for analyzing data, generating reports, and performing Scrum Master functions like board and backlog management.
