Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with 15+ years of Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Financials expertise to drive enterprise-wide financial systems initiatives and solution architecture in a remote role.

The role involves leading architecture and functional design across Fusion Financial modules, owning cross-module integrations (GL, AP, AR, etc.), and partnering with IT and Finance stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle Fusion experience in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Deep knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and reconciliation.
• Experience leading large ERP implementations or transformations.
• CA-equivalent accounting and financial reporting fundamentals.

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst Corporate Applications with Oracle ERP experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to drive solution architecture, functional design and enterprise-wide financial systems initiatives.

Responsibilities
