Job summary

Huptech HR Solutions in Bengaluru (Work from office) seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Tax, with finance process analysis, system configuration, and supporting global users in Oracle ERP SaaS environments.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules and 5–8 years in IT finance systems

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance Applications - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Tax.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procurement modules.
• Good project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in core Oracle Fusion Finance Applications - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Tax.
• 5 to 8 years of IT industry work experience including finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications and/or other major ERP systems.
• Understanding set-up/configuration/administration areas to support current service portfolio.
• Interact with end-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users.
• Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of the application and help enhance application functionality.
• Responsible for understanding the current process, identifying, and delivering service improvements.
• Configure new organizational structures whenever required.
• Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements.
• Maintain and improve system interfaces between key applications.
• Support the change management process to manage patch applications and configuration changes.
• Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.
• Support new ERP or business unit initiatives and projects, including new functionality, process improvements, or migration of new business units onto the system.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner to end users and senior management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact credibly at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is an added advantage.
