Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking a Senior/Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant in Bengaluru. The role requires 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and hands-on expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management.

You will lead functional workstreams, gather requirements, configure modules, perform testing, and support deployment, collaborating with offshore/onshore teams and business stakeholders in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses).
• Exposure to multiple modules preferred for end-to-end processes.
• Senior/Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Functional with 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
• Gather requirements from business users and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules based on business requirements.
• Perform functional analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Support SIT, UAT, data validation, and production deployment activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and configuration documents.
• Participate in business process discussions and provide functional solutions.
• Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

The candidate should have good functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related financial business processes. The role involves requirement gathering, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and supporting implementation/enhancement activities.
