Job summary

HSBC Software Development India in Pune invites applications for a Lead Business Analyst to drive analysis and change delivery across projects. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, document processes, and coordinate UAT, training, and communications to ensure successful delivery.

You will partner with business, technology and digital teams, manage risks, and share learnings to foster continuous improvement in a dynamic retail financial services environment.
