FIS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Testing Services team, supporting global clients. You will gather requirements, translate them into test cases, and work with testing teams to automate scenarios, report results and drive QA improvements.

You will execute, monitor and analyze automated regression suites, perform root cause analysis, log defects, and present metrics to Dev, Operations and Leadership. AI tools experience is a plus.

Formación

• 8–14 years of professional experience
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong BA knowledge and testing domain exposure
• Experience with Finance domain apps (Lending, Treasury, Trading & Asset Services) and testing tools such as JIRA/Zephyr

About The Team

We are Client centric Testing Services team that aims at reducing manual testing effort and cycle time by automating client business scenarios using client data set. With simplified process along with customized approach of automation, we support faster application upgrade to latest release with confidence and without capital or headcount cost.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Testing Services team supporting Clients globally. This role focuses on working with Clients, global teams to gather requirements, translate requirements/business use cases into test cases, working with testing teams to automate test cases and further report/present results to the Clients and other stakeholders. You will also take part in executing, monitoring and analysing Automated Regression suites and results, do root cause analysis of failures, log and manage defects and present findings and metrics to Dev, Operations and Leadership teams. You will be required to leverage AI tools and techniques to implement and suggest proactive solutions.

What You Bring

Knowledge / Experience

• Min 8-14 years of professional working experience
• Min 5+ years of Business Analysis experience

Skills

• Strong Business Analysis knowledge and hands-on experience
• Practical exposure to Finance Domain applications (preferably Lending, Treasury, Trading & Asset Services related)
• Hands-on knowledge and experience of working with Testing teams. Knowledge of testing concepts eg test cases, defect lifecycle, tools like JIRA, ZEPHYR etc
• Ability to work with globally positions Clients and teams
• Excellent analytics skills. Be able to dissect requirements, do required manual testing to come up with detailed test cases and be able to relay these to testing teams clearly
• Tech aptitude to understand, relate and execute Testing tools, terms and methodologies
• Hands-on exposure to using any AI tools and tech. Intention to leverage AI for better, faster and optimized results
• Proven self-starter with initiative to seek information and solve problems
• Excellent communication
• Good written and verbal communications and effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent skills on requirement gathering and documentation
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Database queries

Added Bonus/secondary Skills

• Automation tools knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of Cloud concepts, Unix
• Knowledge of Performance Testing concepts and tools e.g. JMETER
• Knowledge of Cloud concepts (AZURE, AWS)

Qualifications

Minimum BS/BSc/BTech degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
