Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Lead Associate in Finance & Accounts (Accounts Receivable) in Maharashtra. The role emphasizes end-to-end AR processing, from order to cash, with a focus on accuracy, timely invoicing, and collections.

You will work with ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP/Tally) and Excel, handling customer master maintenance and cash application while supporting a collaborative team to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Accounting principles and end-to-end processing knowledge.
• Solid understanding of transaction flows and AR cycles.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and related credits/notes.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP systems like Oracle/SAP/Tally.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable processes from order to cash cycle.
• Process customer invoices, cash applications and credit notes.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with sales and customers.
• Ensure accuracy in customer master data and transaction postings.

• Accounting concepts & Processing


• Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing


• Understanding of concepts of accounts receivable and the complete cycle of Order to cash


• Understanding about the various aspects of Accounts Receivable process for e.g.:- Sales order processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit notes etc.


• Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working on any ERP e.g. Oracle, SAP, Tally etc.

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings

• Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm


• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm


• Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A B.Com/M.Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 4 – 6 years in Accounts Receivable processes
