Job summary

Vrinda Global in Noida is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Lead to guide a growing team and ensure timely, accurate processing of financial transactions using SAP in a UK shift.

You will lead, coach, and review performance, monitor SLAs and quality, manage client communications, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in Finance & Accounting.
• 4+ years of team-handling experience.
• B.Com graduate only.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of processes.
• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and process performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions using SAP.
• Review reports, reconciliations, and financial data for accuracy.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and manage regular client communications.
• Resolve process-related issues and escalations.
• Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to management and clients.
