Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Onsite construction oversight experience is highly valuable.
• Proficient in delivering compelling presentations using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, site planning, and master planning initiatives for luxury villas.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and consulting teams to align timelines and space needs.
• Organize and manage project kick-offs and weekly progress reviews.
• Critically review consultant outputs across all project phases.
• Ensure designs conform to Isprava standards and protocols.
• Prepare feasibility reports, detailed design proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
• Interface with MEP, landscape, and interior teams to finalize integrated designs.
• Guarantee compliance with Indian building codes and regulations.
• Oversee site visits to supervise construction quality and provide technical guidance.
• Lead snagging and final inspections to ensure handover meets specifications.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Architect with a minimum of 15+ years of architectural design experience, specializing in residential luxury villas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust expertise strictly in architectural design, excluding interior design responsibilities. This role demands leadership in design, precise project execution, and adherence to strict quality standards to elevate our portfolio of luxury residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead architectural design, site planning, and master planning initiatives ensuring superior quality and timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales, project management, and consulting teams to align timelines and space requirements.
• Meetings Management: Organize and manage project kick offs and weekly progress review meetings, driving resolution of challenges.
• Consultant Review: Critically review consultant outputs, providing constructive feedback across all project phases.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs conform to Isprava's standards and protocols.
• Reporting & Proposals: Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports, detailed design proposals, and engaging presentations for stakeholders.
• Cross disciplinary Collaboration: Interface with MEP engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers to finalize integrated design solutions.
• Regulatory Adherence: Guarantee compliance with all applicable Indian building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction quality and provide technical guidance.
• Design Solutions: Address and resolve design related challenges proactively with effective technical solutions.
• Final Inspections: Lead snagging and final inspection processes to ensure project handover meets specifications.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is preferred.

Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Required Skills

Proficient in delivering powerful and compelling presentations using PowerPoint.

Advanced proficiency in SketchUp; knowledge of USGBC standards and Revit is advantageous.

Prior onsite experience in overseeing construction is highly valuable.

Preferred Skills

Extensive background in architectural practice specific to luxury residential projects.
