Job summary

Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a detail-oriented GA4 Analytics specialist to work with client teams on tagging, implementation, and data quality.

You will configure GA4 via GTM, document data layer specs for developers, and support marketing tagging while coordinating with project queues in Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring GA4 via GTM.
• Baseline knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with GA4/Firebase app tracking.
• Exposure to Looker/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with Tealium or Segment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Analytics Lead/Director to support clients.
• Implement and configure GA4 properties using GTM.
• Create GA4 documentation with data layer specs for dev teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients under the direction of the Analytics Lead/Director to provide both ad-hoc and project-based support.
• Tagging & Implementation: Heavily involved in implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties primarily through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other tag management tools like Tealium.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive GA4 documentation, providing data layer and tracking specifications to app and web development teams.
• Quality Assurance: Perform mandatory QA and testing of GA4 implementations across both app and web data streams to isolate and troubleshoot data collection issues.
• Marketing Support: Support broader teams with tracking initiatives, including tagging and implementation for personalization and marketing pixels.
• Workflow Management: Operate efficiently within Jira Service Management to field, prioritize, and resolve client requests.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education & Experience: Degree in IT, Digital Marketing Analytics, or a related field with experience/internships focused on digital analytics or marketing analytics.
• Core Tech Stack: Proven experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) deployed via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Technical Skills: Baseline knowledge of HTML and JavaScript to isolate and manipulate DOM elements.
• App Tracking: Fundamental knowledge of GA4/Firebase app tracking.
• Data & Visualization (Plus): Exposure to BigQuery or data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a strong plus.
• Alternative TMS (Plus): Working knowledge of alternative tag management systems like Tealium or Segment.
• Soft Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage client relationships effectively.
