We're hiring a person to lead analytics for one of our sub-verticals in Life Insurance, and help us make sharper, faster, data-driven decisions.

A quick note on the role: this is a Business Analytics position, focused more on insight and decision-making than on data engineering or data science. The core of the job is looking at a number and asking 'so what do we do about it?', and then owning the answer.

What you'll do:

• 1. Lead analytics for a sub-vertical, turning high-volume data into clear insights that drive decisions on product, pricing, and operations
• 2. Dig into the 'why' behind performance and surface what's actually moving the needle
• 3. Build and track the metrics/dashboards that give real-time visibility into business health
• 4. Partner cross-functionally with product, tech, and ops teams to translate insight into action
• 5. Own the point of view : bring a recommendation to the table, not just a report

Who we're looking for:

• 1. Strongly analytical : comfortable with data, structured problem-solving, and building models to guide decisions
• 2. 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth startup where you've turned chaos into clarity
• 3. Sharp business instinct to match the analytical rigour : you connect numbers to outcomes
• 5. Work Location : Gurgaon (Fully work from office)
