Principal Manager-Data Science-SUPPORT SERVICES-Data & Analytics - In House Engineering Lead (AVP/VP) - Growth Analytics, Commercial Banking

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented leader to drive Growth Analytics for the Commercial Banking business. Reporting to the Head of Analytics & Data Science, this role will be responsible for leveraging data, analytics, and machine learning to accelerate customer acquisition, portfolio growth, cross-sell, customer engagement, and sales productivity. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and has a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives focused on customer acquisition, portfolio growth, cross-sell, retention, and relationship manager productivity.
• Develop customer segmentation, propensity, lead prioritization, churn, and next-best-action models.
• Generate actionable insights from customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and measure campaigns, sales interventions, and customer engagement programs.
• Build and maintain business dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.
• Partner closely with Business, Product, Risk, Technology, and Data teams to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
• Prioritize and execute analytics use cases aligned to business objectives and revenue outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists, promoting best practices in analytics and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related quantitative roles.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Lending, or Commercial Banking preferred.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Experience developing customer analytics, growth models, campaign analytics, or portfolio analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with measurable impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
