Luxoft in Gurgaon, India, seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep Banking and Financial Services expertise to join a Commercial / Corporate Banking delivery programme. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning complex banking needs into clearly defined, buildable requirements.

You will lead discovery, elicit requirements, shape the backlog, and ensure delivered features are correct and fit for purpose.

Formación

• 8+ years industry experience with 5+ years hands-on Business Analysis in lending.
• Strong Banking/Financial Services knowledge, preferably Commercial or Corporate Banking.
• Good understanding of Lending, Deposits, pricing, and related banking products/processes.
• Experience in discovery, requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into features, user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and collaboration with Product/Engineering/QA teams.
• Experience with end-to-end journeys, system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Experience supporting functional validation, UAT and defect resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; SQL/data analysis and AI tool familiarity are a plus.

Project description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Banking and Financial Services expertise to join a Commercial / Corporate Banking delivery programme. You will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning complex banking needs into clearly defined, buildable and testable solutions.Working within an Agile environment, the Business Analyst will lead discovery and requirements elicitation across lending, deposits and pricing capabilities, shape the product backlog alongside Product, Engineering, Architecture and QA, and ensure that what is delivered is functionally correct and fit for purpose. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role suited to an analyst who combines strong banking domain knowledge with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & requirements:Lead discovery and requirements elicitation across lending, deposits, and pricing capabilities.Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and process‑analysis sessions to capture current- and future-state needs.Analyse end-to-end business and customer journeys, documenting processes, system integrations, APIs and data flows.Translate business requirements into clearly defined features, user stories and unambiguous acceptance criteria.Agile delivery & collaboration:Build and maintain a well-groomed backlog, driving backlog refinement and prioritisation with the Product Owner.Participate in Three Amigos and other Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and QA.Clarify requirements throughout the sprint, resolving ambiguity and unblocking the delivery team.Ensure requirements, decisions, and supporting analysis are captured and kept current in JIRA and Confluence.Validation & quality:Support functional validation of delivered features against the agreed acceptance criteria.Contribute to UAT planning and execution, and support triage and resolution of defects.Partner with QA to ensure test coverage reflects business intent and banking, pricing, and risk requirements.Stakeholder management:Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating clearly at all levels.Manage competing priorities and expectations across multiple stakeholder groups to keep delivery on track.

SKILLS

Must have

• Overall industry experience: 8+ years.Relevant Business Analysis experience: 5+ years - hands on experience and past project experience working within lending is mandatory.Strong experience within Banking / Financial Services, preferably Commercial or Corporate Banking.Good functional understanding of Lending, Deposits, pricing, and related banking products/processes.Strong hands‑on experience in discovery, requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder workshops.Ability to translate business requirements into features, user stories and clear acceptance criteria.Strong experience working in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, Three Amigos and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture and QA teams.Experience analysing end-to-end journeys, system integrations, APIs and data flows.Experience supporting functional validation, UAT and defect resolution.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Experience with JIRA and Confluence.Understanding of SQL/data analysis and experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot/GenAI would be advantageous.Experience in Commercial Banking pricing, credit/risk, or regulatory capital concepts would be a strong advantage for PARA.
