The Opportunity
Join the BSM Product Line in the Motor Drive group, an R&D hub focusing on Precise Signal, Intelligent Control, and Power Transfer. This role involves developing high-efficiency, high-voltage architectures with excellent power density and robust protection for next-gen motion control.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop chip-level architectures based on datasheet and system specifications.
- Lead design and verification from concept to tape-out.
- Manage design and layout activities, including scheduling and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborate with global teams (Process, Test, Product) to define components and ensure silicon bring-up.
- Support silicon testing, debugging, characterization, and qualification.
Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Analog circuit and architecture design.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and basic analog building blocks.
- Experience in Power Management Circuits and Signal Chain design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, and MATLAB.
Leadership & Preferred Skills
- Ability to bring complex analog and mixed-signal designs to product launch.
- Understanding of ruggedization to meet ESD, Latch-up, and Emissions specifications.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
