About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven IC Design Engineer – High-Voltage Power Solutions to join our Power Switches team. You will own the full lifecycle of IC design — from chip architecture to silicon debug — creating cutting-edge solutions for automotive, industrial, data center, and personal electronics markets.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your designs will power millions of devices globally.
- Own and drive complete analog circuit design from concept to silicon
- Lead chip architecture and full end-to-end development
- Drive design schedules and deliver to quality milestones
- Lead silicon debug for high-voltage and high-current power products
- Support customer failure analysis and system use-case debug
- Collaborate across Layout, DV, Validation, Test, Process Technology & Packaging teams
- Proficiency in Virtuoso & Cadence simulation tools — process, mismatch & aging simulations
- Strong chip top-level ownership and debug experience
- Experience in reliability simulations, ESD integration, floating node checks
- Deep silicon debug expertise for high-voltage and high-current products
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analog IC design.
- Background in eFuse, ORing controllers, or hot swap controller design
- Experience in automotive-grade or data center power IC development
- Familiarity with cross-functional chip development processes
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
