Airtel is seeking an experienced Lead for Airtel Business Sourcing & SCM operations to drive end-to-end procurement and governance. The role demands strong leadership, global supplier management, and strategic cost optimization.

The position requires 12+ years in sourcing/Procurement with MBA preferred, based in Gurgaon, reporting at GM level. You will mentor teams and partner with Finance, Legal, and Network teams to deliver enterprise-scale procurement outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Commercial Management.
• End-to-end procurement of domestic & global enterprise requirements (IP/MPLS, ILL, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, Cloud, last mile UBR links).
• OPEX management of AMCs.
• Lead sourcing strategy, RFx management, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
• Vendor governance, SLA monitoring, supplier performance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage supply chain operations, delivery, inventory and device recovery.
• Deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, Legal, Network, and Operations teams.
• Lead and mentor sourcing teams while driving high performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing global supplier relationships.
