Job summary

Airtel Centre, Gurgaon is seeking a GM-level Lead for Airtel Business Sourcing & SCM operations. You will drive end-to-end procurement for global and domestic enterprise needs including IP/MPLS, ILL, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Network and Operations, you will mentor sourcing teams, optimize costs, and manage the supply chain, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through strong commercial acumen and leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Commercial Management.
• Experience handling end-to-end procurement of Domestic & Global enterprise requirements of IP/MPLS, ILL, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, Cloud, last mile UBR links, Service delivery manpower etc.
• Responsible for OPEX management of AMCs
• Drive sourcing strategy, RFx management, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
• Lead vendor governance, SLA monitoring, supplier performance reviews, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Manage supply chain operations, delivery, inventory and device recovery.
• Deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, Legal, Network, and Operations teams.
• Lead and mentor sourcing teams while driving high performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic sourcing expertise, leadership capability, and experience managing global supplier relationships.
