Job summary

Bacancy is seeking an experienced AI/ML Team Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of innovative AI/ML solutions. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and product stakeholders, and drive production-ready implementations.

The role requires hands-on Python, strong ML/DL knowledge, and experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps. You will lead technical reviews, set standards, and foster a culture of learning and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-based applications.
• Good understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.

Required Technical Skills
