Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in machine learning and data science (2–6 years).

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance of deployed ML systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to practical industry problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Solid understanding of NLP, neural networks, and generative AI concepts.
• Experience with ML deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid mathematical foundation in statistics and linear algebra.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
