Orcapod Consulting Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced CAE engineer with 7–15 years of meshing and preprocessing experience to lead advanced finite element analyses and ensure model quality.

You will work hands-on with Hypermesh, Nastran and Patran for shell and solid meshing, apply GFEM/DFEM techniques, and perform classical static stress checks. CAD tools such as CATIA or NX help extract and clean models; strong problem solving and clear communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• 7 to 15 years of relevant CAE experience, with a focus on meshing and preprocessing.
• Strong command of Hypermesh, Nastran, and Patran for shell and solid meshing.
• Hands-on experience in GFEM and DFEM meshing techniques and standards.
• Perform Structural Analysis Hand calculation for static stress checks like Buckling, crippling, Lug analysis, fastener check using classical methods.
• Solid understanding of FEA fundamentals, material properties, and boundary conditions.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX) for model extraction and cleanup.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
