Responsibilities and Requirements

• Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.
• Experience using Cadence VXL.
• Strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC & layout issues.
• Hands‑on experience creating layouts of blocks such as temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, bandgap, ref generators, charge pump, current mirrors, comparator, differential amplifier, etc.
• Good understanding of analog layout fundamentals such as matching, electro‑migration, latch‑up, coupling, crosstalk, IR‑drop, active and passive parasitic devices, etc.
• Good understanding of layout effects on the circuit such as speed, capacitance, power, and area, etc.
• High level of technical competence.
• Willingness to learn and understand design rules and deliver quality layout.
• Strong skills in layout, floor planning, and manual routing.
• Execution of secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO and DFM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work in a cross‑functional, multi‑site team environment.
