Job summary

Naiknavare Developers seeks a seasoned legal professional to draft and review essential property-related documents and notices in a Pune-based setting. You will independently manage due diligence, Redevelopment Agreements, MoUs, and related legal documentation.

The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with deep knowledge of Civil, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, and Property laws. Coordination with consultants and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Familiarity with real estate documentation and redevelopment agreements.
• Sound understanding of Civil, RERA, Consumer, Revenue, and Property laws.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review various legal documents, agreements, notices, undertakings, and legal correspondence.
