Job summary

Siddhivinayak Buildpro in Pune seeks an LLB/LLM-qualified professional to lead title verification, due diligence, and drafting of Sale Deeds, MOUs, POAs, and related documents.

You will manage registration, stamp duty, mutation, and post-registration compliances, coordinating with sellers, buyers, advocates and government authorities. Based at Kalyani Nagar, Pune, you will ensure timely closure of legal matters.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM with 3+ years of Real Estate/Law experience
• Proficient in title search, verification and due diligence
• Strong knowledge of property documents, land laws, registration and stamp duty
• Experience drafting and vetting Sale Deeds, MOUs, POAs and other legal documents
• Experience handling litigation and property disputes
• Excellent coordination with clients, advocates, authorities
• Familiarity with land acquisition, mutation and post-registration compliances
• Strong legal research, documentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to work from Kalyani Nagar, Pune
