Job summary

Accor is seeking a Laundry Executive to be at the heart of the hotel, responsible for washing hotel Laundry, uniforms, and guest laundry in accordance with standard procedures. You will also benefit from staff discounts, learning programs, and opportunities to grow within the property and globally.

This role focuses on maintaining laundry machines and supplies, delivering attentive service to guests, and upholding quality standards across all laundry tasks in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping/ Laundry experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness.
• Ensure to maintain all laundry machines, equipment & chemicals and detergents required to wash the laundry.
• Sort laundry items by kind, colour, heavy soiled, medium soiled, light soiled and separate dry cleaning from laundry items.
• Check linen/ uniforms for damage, stains etc, and ensure to inform the HOD about the defects noted.
• Ensure to remove stains from the items using the proper stain removers and according to the standard procedures.

Laundry Executive
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Laundry Executive, you will be Responsible for washing hotel Laundry, uniforms and guest laundry. To perform laundry washing responsibilities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
