Options Executive Search is recruiting around 10 land acquisition professionals across levels to support wind and solar projects in Andhra Pradesh. The roles involve identifying land parcels, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with government authorities, with extensive travel across project locations.

Candidates should have 8 to 15 years of land acquisition experience in Andhra Pradesh, preferably in wind, solar or renewable energy, and must read and speak Telugu fluently.

• Travel extensively across project locations in Andhra Pradesh.

It has commissioned more than 1.5 GW of renewable projects and is now developing a pipeline of over 8 GW, including large solar parks paired with battery energy storage. Its work spans project development, EPC, asset ownership and operations and maintenance, and it is expanding into green hydrogen and round-the-clock renewable power. About the Opportunity

The company is expanding its wind and solar portfolio in Andhra Pradesh and is hiring around 10 land acquisition professionals across levels, with several positions to be filled immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land parcels for wind and solar projects
• Lead land acquisition and aggregation through purchase and lease
• Run land due diligence covering ownership, title, encumbrances, land classification and revenue records
• Negotiate with landowners, farmers and local communities, and close agreements
• Coordinate with the Revenue Department, Tahsildars/MROs and registration authorities
• Manage mutation, conversion and registration processes
• Identify and resolve title, documentation and local stakeholder issues
• Track targets, costs and progress, and report to senior management
• Work with Project Development, Legal, Engineering and Construction teams to ensure timely land availability
• Travel extensively across project locations in Andhra Pradesh

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8 to 15 years of experience in land acquisition, with hands-on experience of actually acquiring land for projects
• Experience on land acquisition projects in Andhra Pradesh
• Preferably from wind, solar, renewable energy, power or infrastructure projects
• Working knowledge of Andhra Pradesh land records, ownership verification and registration processes
• Proven experience negotiating with farmers and landowners
• Ability to read, write and speak Telugu. Fluent spoken Telugu is essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Andhra Pradesh

Compensation: 20 LPA to 50 LPA, depending on role, level and experience.
