TS Infra in Pune District, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced Land Manager to oversee land identification, acquisition, documentation and liaison for renewable energy projects. You will evaluate parcels for solar and wind, coordinate surveys, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4–7 years in land acquisition, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel to project sites across the region.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in land acquisition/land management, preferably in solar, wind, or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of local land laws, revenue records, and registration processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience dealing with landowners, government officials, and local authorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
