• Oversee land records verification, registry, mutation, lease agreements, NOCs, and other statutory requirements.
• Resolve land-related disputes and local issues to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, and Engineering teams for smooth land closure.
• Maintain proper land acquisition records and provide regular status updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead land identification, acquisition, aggregation, and documentation for Solar projects.
• Handle direct negotiation and relationship management with farmers, landowners, and local stakeholders.
• Manage government liaisoning with Tehsil, Patwari, Revenue Department, SDM, District Administration, Sub-Registrar, Panchayat, etc.
• Coordinate land records verification, registry, mutation, lease agreements, NOCs, and other statutory requirements.
• Resolve land-related disputes, objections, and local issues to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, and Engineering teams for smooth land closure.
• Maintain proper land acquisition records and provide regular status updates to management.

Candidate Profile

• 8 15 years of experience in Land Acquisition / Land Aggregation / Liaisoning, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure.
• Strong experience in farmer dealing, landowner negotiation, and government liaisoning.
• Good knowledge of land records, revenue processes, registry, mutation, and land-related documentation.
• Strong local networking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
