• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel locally; capable of multi-project management under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
